    Excellent location and friendly neighbours. Enough parking space for a big family car clean front entrance. Cosy conservatory and high-quality furnishings all house round. There is BBQ and clean garden furniture. All electricals work well.

This well-appointed modern and central semi-detached house offers two stylish rooms and an open plan kitchen-diner, with private parking onsite and a generous garden. Home in Solihull, has been designed to create a calm and minimalistic atmosphere. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee and white sugar are provided. The front drive can accommodate 2 vehicles. Corporate and family stays are welcome. The property is within minutes from the M42 and Blythe Valley Business park. This location is ideal for business guests, contractors, families, friends or couples visiting the area for those all important events at the NEC. Birmingham Airport and Resorts World are only a short drive away. Whilst you have a Tesco superstore on your doorstep, 10 min walk. You will be well positioned to visit the beautiful towns of Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa or the city of Birmingham. For families: Travel cot and high chair available upon request (please note I do not provide bedding or blankets for safety and hygiene reasons). Please request this before booking to guarantee availability.

Located in a small quiet residential cul-de-sac within walking distance from the Hillfield Nature Reserve, Farm Inn, Widney Manor Train station and Solihull town centre. The property is close to a main bus service between Solihull and Birmingham and ideally situated for the M40, M42, M6 and M5. It is a fifteen minute drive from Birmingham International airport and the NEC.
