The kitchen/living area is bright and airy, with large bi-fold doors, comfortable seating and a 6 person dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials. Outside, there is a lovely garden, outdoor seating and free parking. Langstone beach is a short walk away, and the South Coast offers a variety of activities and sights.

There is plenty to see and do around the Southsea and neighbouring areas including the beach, Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quays, Mary Rose Museum and the Dockyard. You can also catch a ferry over to the Isle of Wight for a day. Portsmouth is full of history and there is so much to explore. Albert Road is also a 10 min drive which includes bars, restaurants and shops. Getting around 25/30 min walk or a 5 min drive to Fratton Train station with trains straight into London Waterloo. The nearest beach/coastal path is 5 min walk (Langstone). Eastney beach is 25 min walk / 10 min drive. Southsea beach is 30 min walk / 10 min drive. Fratton Train Station is 30min walk / 5 min drive. Direct trains to London Waterloo.
