The main bathroom has a mirror, sink, towel radiator, toilet, and a shower over the bath, which is supplied with shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap; the floor and walls are laid with tiles. The kitchen has a modern look, being an open space concept. It benefits from a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, kitchen utensils both silicone and wood, 1 oven tray, pots and frying pan, dishware and cutlery. Complementary Tea/Coffee will only be provided per booking. The living space benefits from a large sofa and a 50-inch Smart TV with FreeView and other functions. In the Town Centre at the corner with Halberd INN, across the road from the Town Library, next to Christchurch Park, and the Town Bus Station. At a 5-minute walk, it's a Sainsbury's & Argos, across which is a pizzeria, FireAway, and the list could go on. The cinema is a 7-minute walk. At a 15-minute walk in the opposite direction, the lovely Ipswich Waterfront. Located in the Town centre, you are within walking distance of many places, diners, and shops. Unfortunately, because its so central, Parking can only be Paid Parking at a nearby Car Park.
