Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.
As well as having a pub in the village, we also have the award-winning Gunton Arms 10 minutes away and 2 other lovely pubs within a 5 minute drive, including the Suffield Arms which has a tapas restaurant and cocktail bar and the Vernon Arms which is a traditional country pub. Bus stop giving access to the coast and Norwich is a 5 minute walk away. The closest train station is 2 miles away, linking Cromer to Norwich. Mundesley beach, 2.5 miles away.
