Hootsman is located on the Edge of the beautiful Village or Rosedale Abbey in the heart of the spectacular North York Moors National Park, on our rare breed goat farm. Hootsman is a converted stone barn with an open plan living kitchen with hand painted units giving a country feel, wood burning stove, en suite bedroom with a bespoke double bed. Hootsman has a newly Installed Wood fired hot tub with fabulous views and its own private garden.(additional charges apply) . We accept 2 small to medium sized dogs. My Husband Jonty and I gave up the rat race and fled to North Yorkshire in 2019 to set up our pedigree goat farm from which we make artisan cheese and holiday accommodation. We offer cheese making courses, goat yoga in the spring and summer and cheese tasting I will generally be available in the farmhouse during your stay.
