Property information

This is a newly renovated, bright and modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated in North Watford. Spacious and stylish interior within close proximity to the Harry Potter Warner Brothers Studios. Self check-in, you will be provided with a key lock code prior to your stay. The house consists of a large lounge area with smart TV, broadband, comfy sofa and a dinning area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster & kettle. Some tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are made available. There is also a washing machine, drying rail and clothes steamer available for use. The bedrooms consists of very comfortable Zip and Link King beds which on request can be made into twin beds if preferred. There is 1 main bathroom in the property, and 1 en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms consists of a shower, toilet roll, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided. Clothes rails and drawers are also available to store your belongings. Although smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation an outdoor ashtray will be provided. There are parking restrictions on the street between 8-10am and 5-10pm. However you can park on a single yellow line at the bottom of the road between the hours of 6:30pm-8am, or you can park with no restrictions 8 minute walk away on Gammons Lane for free. The house is also very well connected, with only a few minutes drive to the M25 and M1, as well as walking distance to the train station where you can regularly catch trains into London. Other local attractions include Atria Watford shopping centre where you can find lots of places to eat as well as Hollywood Bowl and Cineworld. We also welcome longer stays of 1 month or more.
