The apartment is filled with natural light from both a sunrise and a sunset and has been thoughtfully styled with a modern coastal touch. Relax in the bright living area, complete with a Smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming your favourite shows on Netflix or Prime. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities, a washing machine, microwave – perfect for preparing group meals. There are two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate extra guests. KITCHEN / LIVING AREA The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, cookware, crockery, and complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – so please help yourself! There are two comfortable bedrooms with hotel-quality linens, plus a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate extra guests. BATHROOM - The bathroom has a bath-shower, sink, mirror and toilet. We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire. Bedroom 1, double bed, sleeps 2 Bedroom 2, small double bed, sleeps 2 Sofa Bed in the lounge, not yet made up as a bed, so you can enjoy the space - linen is provided The apartment is on the top floor, 35 steps up to the flat, and is not suitable for guests with mobility disabilities. Parking: Paid on-street parking is available locally. IN ADDITION There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use Late check-out fee applies from check-out time Travel Cot or High Chair fee are charged at fifty pounds per stay - only on request.
