Guests will have full access to the ground floor of this large house close to the University of Hull with 2 bedrooms, hallway, open kitchen/living area and a bathroom. Access also the rear garden of the property is via the back bedroom.
Please note the landlady of the property lives in the upstairs of the house with separate bedroom , bathroom and kitchen. The only shared area is the entrance main door into the house with then a separate entrance to the stairs to the upstairs area,
