Marston Gate is located within the old grounds of the Hyde Brewery Winchester which has since been converted for residential use but still maintains a lot of the original features of the brewery. The property is located within a minute walk to the nearest restaurants and coffee shops in Winchester. Winchester boasts a huge amount of local attractions including but not limited to Winchester Cathedral, The Great Hall and King Arthur's Round Table, Winchester City Mill, Winchester College, Wolvesey Castle (Old Bishop's Palace), Jane Austen's House Museum, St. Catherine's Hill, Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium.
