This is the iconic Lancaster house. Whole 3-bedroom terrace house across 4 floors. Grade 2 listed, Georgian, in conservation area, front door is opposite the historic Lancaster Castle. Recently renovated to high standard. Next to city centre, so close to train and bus stations, walk to supermarkets, shops, pubs and coffee shops. Large ground floor with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, with beautiful views from both front and rear. 2 double beds plus one small double bed.
If you would like logs for wood-burner then please ask in advance. A maintenance service is available in case needed. Contact details will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided - please ask. Mid-stay laundry change can be provided - please ask.
