No same-sex group parties, stag and hen parties, or similar group bookings are allowed.

House Rules – Parties & Noise Policy

Please note that parties or events are strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes gatherings involving alcohol consumption, loud celebrations, or groups causing disturbances. We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet environment of the neighborhood. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
