Property information

LOCATION: BEDFORD MK41 0QE. This 2 bedroom house is immaculately presented: 1 double bedroom (double bed can be separated into 2 singles if required), and 1 single bedroom (with single bed). In the lounge there are 2 sofa beds, a large flat-screen TV with virgin media and fast broadband. The kitchen is well equipped with necessary utensils, cutlery, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and an extendable dining table. Off road parking, on road parking and a rear garden. Tea and coffee is provided. Fresh linen and towels provided along with bath/shower gel and shampoo. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer also provided. Good links to A421 connecting you to the A1 and M1. To ensure the safety and security of our guests and property, we have CCTV cameras installed on the exterior of the house. These cameras are located at the front entrance and the back garden, covering outdoor access points and rear garden. No cameras are located inside the house.

Bedford is a historic riverside town, situated centrally in the UK surrounded by beautiful, peaceful and unspoilt countryside and within easy reach of London, Oxford and Cambridge. Bedford has great links to the M1, A1(M) and A421. The house is within a modern and clean residential area.
