Our property is a semi-detached house within a local residential area right next to Mermaid Quay in Cardiff. To avoid disturbance to other guests and our neighbourhood, we apologise that parties and pets are not allowed. The particular room is one of the 5 rooms in the house. It is a single room on the first floor. it shares 3 toilets & 2 showers with another 3 rooms. (totally 4 rooms on 1st floor) Inside the room there is a kettle, plus tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdryer, towels and toiletries are provided. There are also USB wall sockets underneath the desk & next to the bed. There's a biggest room on the ground floor with it's own bathroom. Unfortunately, owing to the layout of the building, there is no access to common area or garden. Also there is no cooking or food warming area & facilities in the house. However, just 2 minutes' walk is the famous Mermaid Quay, which has all kinds of shops including Tesco & Sainsbury, plus restaurants, bars etc, so it is super convenience. In this share accommodation, guest can use their room and share the toilets and shower rooms. There is no access to lounge, kitchen or garden. The property has no designated parking space. However, Mermaid Quay car park is right behind us. Street parking is very limited, mainly to be used by the local residents

We are situated in Cardiff Bay right next to the stunning waterfront. 3 minutes' walk to the Millennium Centre & Mermaid Quay, which is full of restaurants, bars and entertainments. A few steps will take you to all the enjoyments in the bay, Welsh Assembly, Old Custom House, Techniquest and many other lovely spots in the bay. Cardiff City Centre is only 6 mins by car, 8 mins by train, 12 mins by bus and 30 mins on foot. Everything is really convenient!
