This one bedroom first floor apartment is located in a quiet residential avenue in East Ipswich just a 15 minute walk to Ipswich Hospital and on the route 66 bus to BT Adastral Park - it’s also within a mile of the main town centre, shopping and business districts, the college and university campus as well as the popular Waterfront area. The apartment is very light and airy, furnished to a very comfortable level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge with freezer box, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, washing/drying machine and heated airer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment. The living room has a comfy two-seater sofa, dining table and chairs for four people plus a Smart TV. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. The king-size bedroom can also be configured as a twin room upon request. This property comes with one allocated on-site parking space. Additional parking is available on street outside.
