Jams, a single-storey barn conversion, consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with smart TV, patio doors, two sofas, and dining seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and double bed. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed patio garden with furniture and a public car park. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Enjoy a memorable escape to Devon at Jams. Note: Four guests maximum.

Lympstone is a village and civil parish in East Devon. There is a harbor on the estuary of the River Exe, lying at the outlet of Wotton Brook between cliffs of red breccia. It is locally known for Peter’s Tower, a riverfront brick clock tower built in the 19th century which serves as a memorial by W.H. Peters to his wife. The Exeter to Exmouth cycle route passes through the village and is popular for commuters and brings custom to the shop, café and pubs in the village. Local attractions include Nutwell Park, Exmouth & Orcombe Point Walk and Crealy Adventure Park & Resort. Lympstone is 3 miles north of Exmouth and 3 miles south of Woodbury.
