Having launched Lower Mill Estate in The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake, Dorset in 2011 and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon. The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature. This newly constructed accommodation is located in the latest established village, Baxter's Rise. Boasting a vibrant and roomy interior, this holiday rental provides a welcoming atmosphere akin to a home away from home. Guests have the opportunity to retreat and discover the scenic Silverlake Estate, enveloped by serene lakes and enchanting woodlands. This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. To the ground floor of Baxter's Rise 26, you will find 4 bedrooms, accommodating 8 guests. There are two spacious king size bedrooms, a single bunk room, and a further super king size bedroom with en-suite and direct access to the ground floor decking. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult, however the top bunk is only suitable for child. A generously sized family bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation. The living areas are located on the first floor of the property, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and utility room/WC. There is space for the whole family to gather around the dining table, or cosy up in front of the fireplace. Guests can enjoy the far reaching views over the Estate from the first floor balcony. Accessing the property is made easy with a driveway right outside the house and a lawn wrapping around the house.
