Kelvin House is a gorgeous Georgian property spread across three floors with a raised sun terrace perfect for alfresco dinners and summer sundowners. The ground floor provides a double bedroom, open-plan kitchen dining room, wet room and access to the tiered sun terrace. On the first floor is the spacious living room with a sofa-bed and gorgeous sea views across the water to Devon, a double bedroom and a shower room. Ground Floor – Double bedroom, kitchen, dining room, wet room and access to tiered sun terrace. First Floor – Double bedroom, shower room, living room with sofa-bed. Second Floor – Family bedroom (double and single bed), double bedroom and shower room. Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price (please bring your own beach towels).

Kelvin House is situated in a prominent position in the centre of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone’s throw from both Kingsand and Cawsand beach. Parking This historic village does not have private parking; however, there are two public pay and display car parks under a five minute walk to the property.
