Property information

A former hunting lodge, Kemeys Folly offers guests a chance to stay in a truly unique property with breathtaking views of 7 counties, plenty of outdoor space and interior luxury styling and design - perfect for a relaxing break away from busy lives. The Folly was featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Ideally situated in the beautiful countryside near Newport, with easy access from M4, it's the perfect place to explore all that South Wales has to offer visitors. Please note, this listing is for the Folly tower and kitchen / iving area only. The glass fronted extension seen on the pictures is not included as a photography business is run from here. You will not have access to this part of the building.

Neighbourhood information

Beautiful walks close by including Wentwood forest which forms part of the largest block of ancient woodland in Wales, and is a remnant of the continuous forest that once stretched from the River Usk to the Wye. Close links to the M4, Newport train and bus station.
