The Shepherds Hut at Kerrib is set in a peaceful, rural corner of County Tyrone, 15 minutes’ drive from the country town of Dungannon. We are tucked away on a working farm where cattle and chickens are raised – you’re welcome to meet the cows; They all love snacking on slices of bread – and are surrounded by a patchwork of fields.
