A Modern Spacious Beautiful Furnished Two Double Bedrooms Apartment in a gated development.
The Apartment is a walking distance from the Town Centre, Grays Train Station (C2C trainline), one train stop to Lakeside Shopping Mall, several supermarkets for various shopping options, petrol stations, hair and nail beauty salons. If you are looking for outdoor adventures, Grays has plenty to offer. The area is home to the Chafford Hundred Gorges Nature Park, a 200-acre nature reserve that's perfect for hiking, cycling and wildlife spotting. The reserve boasts a range of habitats, from grassland to woodland, making it a diverse and exciting place to explore. Nearby there are a range of modern-day attractions that cater to all ages. One such attraction is the Lakeside Shopping Centre, located just a 5 minute train ride from Grays Station. The shopping centre is home to over 250 shops, restaurants and cafes, making it the perfect place for a day out with family or friends.
