Property information

The Kings Arms Holiday Apartments ( formerly the "Kings Arms Hotel" ) opened in it's current form by the late Alan Mc Dougall back in the early seventies. This premium location property now has five self catering apartments each sleeping up to six people. Each apartment has wonderful views over Obans harbour area inbetween the North and South piers. The views also look over to the Islands of Kerrera , and Mull. The apartments are so centrally situated in the Town , the main attractions Oban has to offer are a mere stones throw away such as Oban's whisky distillery, Mc Caigs Tower, Dunollie castle, and the many quality seafood restaurants and atmospheric bars and night life Oban is famous for. The apartments are also located only a few hundred yards from the Railway station , city link bus stop, and the ferry terminal . Local shops and Supermarkets are also on the doorstep of these apartments. A five storey building, Each apartment has lift access with exception of flat five where there is a short flight of stairs after the fourth floor landing. The property also has an on site restaurant (managed and run seperately from the Kings arms) which serves a variety of Asian foods
