For your convenience the house has a self check-in lockbox. I live in the cottage on site/next door with my husband and friendly border collie. Living next door allows me to prepare the hot-tub for guests daily. My hosting style is relaxed and friendly, responsive but non intrusive. ***********Essential Information****** The house is situated over two floors with an open staircase from the living room & with unrestricted access to a log burner therefore property may be unsuitable for small children or those with restricted mobility. I offer a daily complementary lighting service for the hot-tub, therefore please advise me of your estimated time of arrival. For the rest of your stay, the hot-tub will be prepared for use from 5pm. If you prefer to use the hot-tub at any other time, just send me a quick message to let me know and I'll ensure it's made hot and ready at a time which suits your plans. All the firewood required to heat the hot-tub once each day of your stay is included. A starter pack of logs are provided for use of the lounge log burner and firepit. Only wood with a moisture content of less than 20% can be used. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome. Please use your own throw/blanket to protect furniture from pets. If leaving dog alone in house or room for any period of time then a crate must be used which can be provided upon advance request. Please ensure any dogs are kept on lead at the front of the house. There is a large private enclosed garden space for dogs at the side/rear of the property. Sorry, no smoking. Please arrange your travel at the same time as booking your accommodation. Please note: A motion sensor video doorbell is visible and active within the public grounds. The camera covers the shared car park and gate to main grounds for security purposes and to monitor parcel delivery services to owners cottage.
