Located a stone throw away from the town centre. Experience the best of both worlds tranquility intertwined with good vibrant energy of the upmarket side of Derby City Centre in this newly build house that completed in 2024. Peaceful, gated and centrally-located in the upmarket area of Derby City Centre is what makes Kyoto House the perfect location. With access to the shopping mall, a wide range of eateries, events and good access to the Main Bus Station. Every key site is easy to get to.

Neighbourhood information

The area is gated and peacefully, with the city centre a stone throw away. This is a highly sought after affluent area and is a catchment area for some excellent schools.
