Company information

We as a family have enjoyed self catering holidays and feel that this is an ideal place for a getaway. We have enjoyed combining our interests in old buildings, furniture and gardens to create a relaxed, peaceful and welcoming place. There is open space and wildlife all around but the cottages are contained in a secure, tranquil enclosed garden. We have a games room with table tennis, table football, pool table and darts. The cottages are equipped with books, DVDs and games because we hope that you will enjoy your time here and return home refreshed.

Property information

Our barns have the best of both worlds, all the character of an old building and all the comfort of modern living. We are in a unique location surrounded on all sides by Suffolk Wildlife Trust's Lackford Lakes Nature Reserve while only 5 miles outside historic Bury St Edmunds. You can walk out from the doorstep into Lackford Lakes Nature Reserve, West Stow Country Park or The Kings Forrest. We are 12 miles from Newmarket where you can go to the races, 25 miles from Cambridge where you can go punting and 45 miles to the Suffolk coast where you can visit Felixstowe, Aldeburgh and Southwold.
