The space
Lakeside 4 Lodge has 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 : Double bed with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobe and TV.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds with fitted wardrobe and TV.
Bathroom located off hallway with shower, basin and toilet
Kitchen: Open plan top kitchen fitted with slimline dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven/gas hob, microwave and washing machine.
Living/dining: Spacious living and dinning area where views towards the lake can be enjoyed. Smart TV with Sky Sports Main Event.
Outside Space: Large sunny decking with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Private parking outside of lodge. Please note a stand is provided for use of disposable bbqs only.
Access to the lake is a two minute walk from lodge.
Please note due to being a marina it has no direct swimming access to the lake, but the use of own paddle boards etc are permitted.
Lakeside 4 is managed personally by the owners who take pride in making sure the lodge is clean and comfortable for our guests to enjoy.
Please be reassured the lodge is cleaned to a high standard using approved products throughout.
Both myself and Kate have lived and worked in the Lakes all of our lives and still enjoy the views and walks available on our doorstep. We hope you enjoy the lodge as much as we do, owning Lakeside 4 has given us a base on the shores of Lake Windermere to enjoy with our teenage children.
Onsite facilities (Entertainment Passes):
The Park offers Entertainment passes (purchased at park reception) You only pay once for your stay.
It includes access to all leisure facilities with swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Please note if using leisure facilities you need to bring your own towel (not provided at lodge).
Within the same building is a restaurant, bar and small shop. The above passes are also required for access to the bar and restaurant.
Outside is a children’s playpark. They also offer children’s activities usually displayed on a notice board in main park reception please speak to reception staff about any activities you are interested in.
Being situated on the shores of Lake Windermere it provides a perfect base for various water sports. Walking, climbing and cycling being extremely popular too.
Boats can be caught or hired from Waterhead Ambleside or Bowness Bay
Nearest Bus stop located outside main entrance to the park with a good range of bus routes taking you around the South Lakes. Most popular the 555 running all year round between Keswick and Lancaster

Brockhole Visitor Centre - 1 mile (Tree Top Trek & Tree Top Nets, café, playpark, boat hire and much more)
