The perfect location to switch off, relax and unwind.
Our recently refurbished 2 bedroom lodge is a perfect location for some time out. Located centrally to Builth Wells town centre your essential shops are only a 2-3 minute drive away along with the local pubs and cafes.
Family and Dog friendly with beautiful walks on your doorstep. Days out for the family are in easy reach - nearest beach is 1 hour away in Aberystwyth.
The beautiful Elan valley only a 30 mins drive.

A couple of main points to mention on the park – Please drive a MAXIMUM of 5mph around the site.
Dogs must be kept on lead at all times outside of the lodge and around the park.
No commercial vehicles or trailers are allowed on the site.
A full set of park policies will be provided with the arrival details and a copy is also located in the lodge.
Set on 34acres of the Caer beris holiday park.
Short walk across the bridge on the site takes you to Caer Beris manor where they have a restaurant and bar area.
Builth Wells centre is only a 2-3 minute drive with all your essential shops, pubs and independent cafes.
Free parking for 2 cars on our space just outside the lodge.
Builth Wells centre is accessible by both walking and driving.
