‘The Barn KT9’ is a perfectly situated working farm within a stones throw of the Surrey hills and just a short taxi ride from London. Its idyllic location and authentic charm attracts local dog walkers, cyclist and holiday makers. And also in contrast, with its own airport and helicopter landing pad, this remarkably unique venue often attracts aeroplane enthusiasts and hosts London elite. - Free on-site parking on the tarmac next to the entrance of the field that the retreat is located. (One car per stay) - Coffee and Cake served on-site in the field adjacent to the retreat 7 days a week. 9am-2pm on weekdays and 8am-3pm on weekends. Getting around - M&S Food / BP convenience store only 11 minutes walk away. Or Tesco Superstore 6 minutes drive away. -Box Hill Olympic Cycling route only a 12 minute drive or 39 minute cycle. -Ashtead Common, an area of outstanding natural beauty. This is on the farm’s doorstep, only a 5 minute walk to the edge of the farm where the Common begins.
