Only 1 mile from the coastal village of Alnmouth (3 miles from Alnwick). Lesbury Lodge is a self-catering property newly built in August 2015, and has a patio area, open plan lounge, kitchen, separate bathroom with large walk-in shower, and a bedroom with double bed. Dogs welcome.

I am available by text, phone or e-mails prior to and during the visit. As the Lodge is next to my home I always try to meet my guests personally and take them to the Lodge. If they have any questions or requests during their stay I am happy to help.

Alnmouth railway station is a couple of streets from the Lodge and is on most main line routes. Lesbury is close to all of North Northumberland’s main tourist attractions including Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle, Craster with the famous kippers, Cragside National Trust stately Home and gardens, and of course the beautiful seaside village of Alnmouth. The best way to visit the area is by car if guests wish to see all the coastal areas. There is also a very good bus service which goes to all of the coastal towns. In addition, for walking enthusiasts there are many sign posted walks from the Lodge itself, both long and short. For cyclists there is a very good cycle path from Alnmouth to Warkworth.
