Suitable for both long or short stays, here you will find a traditional period terrace property with three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 adults. Twin room can be converted into a super-king on request. The recently renovated bathroom features both a bath and shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with separate utility room housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board also provided. Private outdoor seating space to the rear accessed through patio doors provides shelter and space to catch some sun. There are electric vehicle car chargers available in adjacent streets via lamp-post charging stations.
Situated in a leafy suburb in the south of Liverpool with links to the city centre, airports and major train station a few minutes walk away. There are public transport from Liverpool South Parkway or the historic Cressington station to the Albert dock, Formby Beaches or Southport as well as Liverpool and Evertons football stadiums. There are many local amenities from shops, supermarkets, independent restaurants, cafes, takeaways, gyms and more all in the local area with Woolton Village, Allerton Road and Lark Lane a short drive or taxi ride away for even more choice of bars and restaurants. New Mersey Retail Park is a 5 minute drive away with popular retail and leisure including bowling, Ninja Warrior, cinema and restaurants to suit many tastes.
