A homely and relaxing 3 bedroom property with great links to the City Centre, Peak District and numerous parks / woods. The property has been finished to a high standard and is made up of a single bedroom and two double bedrooms (each double bed can be split into two singles). There is also two sofa beds in the living and dining area. The property has one family bathroom with a separate toilet. The property is set quite high up and so there's a set of stairs to get to the front door.
