On the same floor, you’ll find your dedicated private bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Guests can enter and exit freely through the garden and side gate, providing convenience and privacy without needing to use the front door. Their private bathroom is located close to the bedroom for easy access. Guests are also welcome to use the shared kitchen and living room, making their stay both comfortable and home-like. Free driveway and on street parking is available.

Please note that I live in the property with my two children, but our spaces are situated on the first floor. You will have the ground floor to yourself for the majority of the time, offering you privacy and comfort.
