We are a small and friendly 4 star Guest House situated in a quiet residential area of Skegness yet only a few minutes walk from The Seafront Attractions and The Town Centre. Over the years we have won many awards in The Skegness in Bloom Competition for our Patio Garden. Whilst we do not have a bar you are most welcome to bring a bottle of wine and sit out , have a drink in the warm summer evenings. Please contact the Guest House directly before booking to enquire about pets.

We are situated only a few minutes walk from the seafront, so are ideally situated to visit Natureland Skegness and see the marvellous work they do rehabilitating the baby seals that get injured and stranded, along with the huge array of other animals they have. Also close by is Tower Gardens our towns park with a brand new childrens play area, Pitch and Putt, The new Aquarium and not forgetting of course our Blue Flag Beach. The main shopping area is also only a few minutes walk away, along The Bus and Train stations
