Completely self contained recently converted annex attached to owners barn, with private garden and driveway. Set in a rural location on our smallholding just a mile outside St Teath, with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor. This is a very convenient location for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions as Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac, Boscastle St Breward and Blisland are all within a 20 minute drive.
Hi I’m Liz, married to Peter. We live in a barn we converted some years ago, near the lovely village of St Teath. We love being outdoors, walking, gardening, fishing, surfing and trying to keep one step ahead of our small flock of Jacob sheep. Happy to meet guests on arrival or to leave key in safe place.
Rural location ideal for exploring both the coast and Bodmin Moor A car is the most convenient way to get around this area. Cycling and walking are popular too.
