Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Little Friston Lodge is a wonderful two story annex that looks over the forests of Friston and Jevington. It comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open plan living space. The property also benefits from large gardens and a patio terrace with breathtaking views. If you are a lover of the great outdoors then you will be spoilt at this charming property. There are many walks and adventures waiting just around the corner and just a couple of miles down the road is the cliffs and beaches of Eastbourne. The living area has an open plan design and benefits from a log burner and fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, oven, kettle and all the cooking utensils you will need.
