Little Victory, a single-storey boutique home, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, and tumble dryer, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedroom is a king-size, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower and handheld shower. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed private garden with patio, furniture, and hot tub, plus off-road parking for one car and EV charging available. The charming village of Pendeen is situated on the Penwith Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding natural Beauty, in North West Cornwall. There is also a wonderful lighthouse tucked away from the centre of the village, where you can marvel at the most spectacular sea views, stretching for miles.
