Living Grace Home is furnished and self-catering accommodation available for short- and long-term rental We kindly ask for your assistance in keeping the Living Grace Home as clean as your own home. Please note that gas and electricity operate on a pay-as-you-go basis, so we encourage you to top up gas ten pounds per night and electricity ten pounds per night or we top up for you once we receive your payment before the key code is given to avoid any power interruptions and the need for reactivation. Also thirty-five pounds cleaning fees /stay. Upon your arrival, we will need proof of your top-up, which can be in the form of your receipt - an online payment confirmation. If you pay to us we will top up and not require receipt. Rest assured, we have in-house staff who will ensure everything is in order during your stay. Please be aware that pets are not permitted in this listing. This listing is not suitable for pets. A deposit will be charged on arrival to cover any potential damages, which will be refunded after checkout if no damages occur. The deposit must be processed through us only. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
