Llwyngwinau Isaf Barn, a reverse-level cottage on a working farm, consists of a kitchen with electric range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for ten guests, and a sitting room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, pool table and balcony. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor doubles, king-size with Juliet balcony, and two ground-floor twins. There are two ground-floor shower rooms. WiFi, fuel, power, log starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with gravel, lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, and children’s play area with trampoline, plus off-road parking for four cars. Tregaron is a lovely, ancient market town resting between Ty'n-yr-eithin and Llanddewi-Brefi in Ceredigion. The town is well-known for its excellent walking, cycling and mountain biking opportunities, with a range of routes on offer, and offers a good selection of attractions including the Tregaron Red Kite Museum, Tregaron Playground, and walks along the Afon Brennig. Dining options include the popular Riverbank Café and Farm Shop, Coffi a Bara, and a selection of takeaways, whilst you can stock up on essentials at the farm shop or nearby convenience stores.
