This is a lovely and spacious apartment located on the first floor accessible by stairs. The location is a 1 minute walk from the Redbridge underground station. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. This first floor apartment (accessible by stairs) is not shared and is for your sole use only. We are pleased to present the following facilities, which you will find on arrival: Bedrooms: the bedrooms have double sized beds, smart TVs, pedestal fans and mirrored wardrobes. Each bedroom also has their own individual digital safe, hairdryer, iron with ironing board. All bedding, linen and towels are provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. Also included for free use is a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. A luxury bathroom with a large shower, bluetooth mirrors & heated floors. A lounge with air conditioning, smart TV, sofas, table, chairs, continuous Wi-Fi There is parking available on the forecourt on a first come first served basis. There ifree parking on Vista Drive & Falmouth Gardens. Parking on Roding Lane South directly outside of the apartment has restrictions from 1PM-2PM Monday - Friday. Free parking on Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays. Always check restrictions. We adhere to social distancing measures and check-in is strictly self check-in. 24 hours prior to your arrival, we will send you your self check-in details via your booking platform and/or WhatsApp. A PIN will be provided to you prior to your arrival which will allow you to access the room keys/card on-site from secure lock boxes. *Please note we will require proof of ID for all stays*
