Welcome to our four-bedroom traditional house, built in 1946, that perfectly blends classic charm with contemporary luxury. This distinguished home, situated on a generous plot, offers a unique living experience with its beautifully mature garden and state-of-the-art interior. The entire house is equipped with the latest smart technology, allowing for easy control of lighting, blinds, security, and entertainment systems through integrated devices.
Situated between the village of Alloway, the birthplace of Robert Burns and the town of Ayr, the second largest town in Ayrshire. The house is only 1 mile away from the beach which boasts stunning views of Arran, Ailsa Craig and beyond. Ayr beach is a great location for walks along the promenade, crazy golf, putting/mini golf and a range of cafes to relax in with a cuppa and a bite to eat. Very close to a number of wedding venues such as Brig o’Doon House Hotel, Lochgreen House Hotel and Spa, the Marine in Troon as well as Glenapp and Culzean Castles. Only 1 mile from Ayr Train Station. Drop off or collection can be arranged. 4.8 miles from Prestwick airport, 30 miles from Glasgow airport A 5 minute drive from the main A77 road which links to Glasgow and the M74
