Cottage is over 100 years old. Its a small cosy property with spectacular views out over Carlingford Lough towards the Cooley Mountains in the Rep. of Ireland. There are 3 bedrooms towards the back of the building and both a living room and a dining room just off the small kitchen. There's a private garden around the back which is ideal for having a BBQ in the evening.
Originally from Warrenpoint but spend most time in West London now. Love the outdoors, particularly sailing, scuba diving, kayaking, hiking and cycling. Still very well routed in the local area and try and visit when possible.
Amazing views of mountains and shores make this a fantastic location for discovering forest hikes, bike trails or just exploring village life in Rostrevor. Just across the road is a quiet pebbly beach and half a mile away is Kilbroney Park with it's lush oak parkland and access to the famous Fairy Glen and Cloughmore Stone. Huge sandy beaches are within a 20 min drive in Greencastle, where you can also access the Carlingford Car & Foot Ferry which can take you across to the Republic of Ireland.
