Lovely, 1 bedroom apartment located at the end of a quiet close with free parking. The property comprises of a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and combined kitchen & living room area. You'll have all you need for a pleasant stay including coffee, tea, linen, towels, shampoo, 200+mb broadband and lots more! This really is a home away from home so if you're staying short term or long, this place is perfect for you. Please see lots of my 5 stars reviews from previous guests.

Hi, my names Adam. I have been renting my apartment for a number of years. I live next door to the apartment so should you need anything during your stay, I am at your disposal.

The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet - we are nestled right at the end of the cul de sac. There is a local parade of shops, takeaways, 3 local supermarkets and a large park 10mins walk away There is free parking on the street. The local bus stop is 10mins walk away and buses run frequently into Reading Town Centre on this route. Driving to the M4, Junction 12 is approx 5 mins with junction 11 around 10mins away Central Reading is just over 2miles away.
