This apartment comprises of one bedroom with Double bed and built-in wardrobes, modern bathroom with thermostatic shower, separate living area with sofa bed and dining table, kitchen space complete with outdoor seating area, utility cupboard with washer/dryer. Fibre Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix, Air conditioning with private balcony. The flat is within walking distance of many of Glasgow's attractions and from Byres road it's great restaurants, cates, galleries, bars, shops.
I have 20 years experience managing some of Scotland's finest hotels and have a passion for design and travel. Setting up a few holiday-lets allows me to combine my professional experience with my passions for travel and design. I live around a mile from this flat so can generally be on-hand in an emergency.
The property is located in north kelvinside Glasgow’s west end area, This buzzing neighbourhood on the north side of Great Western Road has a number of obvious attractions, not least of which is the glorious Botanic Gardens. Kelvinside is a district in the Scottish city of Glasgow. It is situated north of the River Clyde and is bounded by Broomhill, Dowanhill and Hyndland to the south with Kelvindale and the River Kelvin to the north. It is an affluent area of Glasgow with beautiful architecture, enviable green spaces, great cafes and shops and an unbeatable location, the neighbourhood remains popular with bohemians, families and students alike.
