Welcome to our lovely two-bedroom ground-floor Apartment! A modern freshly renovated seaside ground floor Annexe a stones’ throw from the Beach, Parks, Splash Point and restaurants in Central Sunny Worthing. The Annexe features a bright open-plan living area with kitchen dining area, a huge plush sofa and TV. The well-equipped kitchen that has everything you need: oven, hob, family-sized fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, sink with drainer, toaster, kettle, even a Nespresso machine The Master bedroom offers a full king size bed. Set with Bedside tables with lamps and charging points, a comfortable relaxing chair, dressing table/desk, wardrobe and drawers, plus a flat-screen TV to keep up with your favourite programmes. This then leads onto a small private enclosed courtyard area, with a table and two chairs, perfect for that morning coffee or sunset tipple. The small second bedroom (and believe us it is small) offers a comfortable double bed. You'll find bedside lamps with USB chargers, a bijou wardrobe and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The gorgeous bathroom features a large walk-in shower, sink and WC. You’ll find good quality fresh linen and huge fluffy towels throughout for your stay. For parking your car, there’s a dedicated space on the driveway available on request. Explore Worthing’s stunning coastline, perfect for leisurely walks bring your dog too. Enjoy some sunbathing or a refreshing sea dip. A perfect location for the start of ParkRun, Coast Café, Splash Point and the Splash Pad. We are situated directly behind the very beautiful Beach Park and the Palm Court Pavilion. The picturesque pier is ideal for fishing, strolling or taking in panoramic views. It’s a short stroll into the centre of town with restaurants and boutique shopping on Warwick Street. A perfect base for discovering West Sussex, Goodwood and Brighton.

Neighbourhood information

The Annexe is on a quiet and peaceful road, backing onto beautiful Beach House Park. You will find 'Splashpoint' swimming pool and Gym at the end of the road. The Annexe is a short walk to the Beach, the Splash pad (a favourite with children) and childrens' playground in Beach House grounds. Right next to it is the fabulous 'Coast Cafe' with good food and a cheeky glass of something, they have entertainment several nights a week. Paddle boarding and yoga are also nearby and a great starting point for the Worthing ParkRun, plus there are so many lovely walks across the South Downs and surrounding areas. You are close to 'The Egremont' one of many great pubs and restaurants in Worthing that serves good food and offer live Entertainment. We are close to Worthing town centre which has everything you could need including some beautiful independent small shops. We also have, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful Cinemas ever, The Dome. You can catch the 700 Coastliner bus into Brighton from the bottom of the road too. You can also catch a bus over the road that can take you all the way to Portsmouth. 24/7 Bike rental from Donkey Republic-Download the App, find a bike near you (Steyne Gardens), unlock with your phone and away you go. Plus the Courtyard at the Annexe has room to store bikes if you are bringing your own. Worthing train station is just a mile away.
