With parking for 1 car and just a 10 min stroll to the ocean, this house is set over 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a lovely sunny garden! The spacious, bright fully equipped kitchen with dining area seats up to 6 guests and has a feature pond in the garden. The living room has two sofas plus a TV. Close to the seafront, promenade and Leisure Centre, you can also walk to the local high street to browse through Worthing's coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants. * 10 minute walk to the beach * Parking for 1 small car * 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom * East facing garden Big house with spacious garden and parking by the sea!! This is the perfect house for a group of friends or families to get together.

Lovely friendly street with walk through the park to the beach Just a short walk to town, beach, and lots of nice restaurants and bars. Parking for 1 small car on the drive Splash point leisure centre, and a surf school at the bottom of the road 13 minutes drive to the south downs
