It is the nearest railway station to Leeds United F.C.'s Elland Road stadium. Elland Road Stadium home of LUFC is within a mile from the property. Shopping is also available on the nearby A6110 Ring Road at the popular White Rose Shopping Centre which has many high street shops, dining in the newly extended food court and a multi-screen cinema.
