Two bedroom newly renovated flat 50m from the Arboretum and five minutes walk from the city centre. Accommodates up to six people and has free garage parking. Situated on the second floor with stairs and lift access, this well equipped flat has Ikea double sofa bed, QLED 55 inch tv, wifi, Samsung American fridge freezer, washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Very close to Trent University city campus and restaurants on Alfreton road. Potential for noise from student neighbours.
