A well located, deceptively spacious central three bedroom maisonette, enjoying Lakeland fell views to the rear. The layout over two floors gives the apartment a great feeling of spaciousness, with generous sized rooms and a sitting room looking out towards the main street of Keswick town centre. Situated within a short walking distance of Keswick town centre and amongst some of the most spectacular scenery in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Within this bustling market town there is a wide range of amenities and entertainment including shops, hotels, restaurants, and pubs Set over two floors this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in the centre of the popular market town of Keswick. The spacious lounge has a 50" smart TV with Talk Talk TV, Netflix and NowTV entertainment and movie channels; The 4.9m x 3.2m Kitchen and Dining area also has a 32" TV. Low Haven has free parking for two vehicles; one on site and a digital parking permit on a local authority carpark 100m away. Although advertised as 3 bedroom and occupancy for 6 persons, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge - you are welcome to use this but will need to bring your own bedding.

Town centre location, a stones throw from Derwent Water and the other town amenities. The fells and mountains of the Lake District are easily reached. Keswick bus station is across the road from The Haven, there are local taxis, but the lake and some Fells / mountains are within walking distance. The nearest railway station is 20 miles away at Penrith. Taxis can be arranged if required.
