My property was built in 2020 , very well situated, close to our local pub within 5 mins,
vey quiet location.
Friendly and approachable
quiet location, 5mins to the local pub The Earl St.Vincent which serves delicious food. 10mins to our local beaches Rock, Polzeath, Daymer.
Walk over to the town through the lovely park over the bridge takes 15 mins, where their is more pubs, local shops, banks, restaurants, cafe's. Their is National trusts Houses in Cornwall, Lanhydrock House is only 20 mins away from here
Eden Project is about 30min from here.
We have beautiful scenery in Cornwall for you to explore
