Lovely homely 4bed house in the heart of Eastleigh close to great facilities and town centre. Modern, clean comfortable furnishings, with all the things you'd find in your own home to help you feel like you are home. Beautiful fresh hotel grade linen. The private well established garden with dining furniture is a sun trap for eating al-fresco. Relax in the lounge while watching the large LED TV, or perhaps a Blueray DVD from our selection or of your own. Or even sign in to your own NetFlix and catchup on the latest box sets! The well equipped kitchen facilitiates home cooking at any level, whilst the spacious bedrooms with fresh hotel grade linen will offer a great nights sleep.

Neighbourhood information

Near to fantastic new leisure facilities (Fleming Park, Place for People Leisure Centre) incuding swimming, gym ,tennis, football, squash, steam room, sauna. Modern Leisure and Entertainment facilities, including Nandos, Prezzo, Vue Cinema, Frankie and Bennies, Bowling, Arcade. Conveniently located near juncitons for the M3 and M27 motorways, just 7minute drive to Southampton Airport with conneciton to UK and Europe. Fantastic place to stay whilst visiting the Southampton Boat Show, Mayflower Theatre, Ageas Bowl, St Mary Saints Stadium, Peppa Pig World, Poultons Park, New Forest and not too far from London, Bournemouth, Brighton and the Purbecks! More locally, you will find a convenience store and all the large supermarkets to fill the fridge and kitchen cupboards.
