A very large and beautifully decorated three bedroom, luxurious home just outside the centre of Southampton and in walking distance to bustling Portswood and a large Sainsburys store. High tech surroundings will ensure a comfortable and rewarding stay whether you are here for leisure or for business. Plenty of off-road parking, high specification kitchen, hotel quality linens, multimedia setup with strong wifi, large open patio and garden and comfortable master suite.
I am a 50’year old family man and small business owner from Southampton in the UK I am only ever a call away but after check in I do not plan to be on site.
Portswood is just under two miles from Central Southampton, the port and West Quay shopping and leisure centre. It is an easy walk to supermarkets, very good restaurants and independent coffee shops. There is off-street parking for two cars. There are plenty of buses (the nearest bus stop is 4 minutes' walk) and the inner city scooter service. There is usually an Uber fewer than 5 minutes away when requested.
